My grandma called asking why it's so cold this November. The weather is not warm even with the effects of global warming. The temperature in NY is at freezing even though the fall leaves are still on trees.
I did some research on the temperature in New York during November starting in 1895. Temperatures have trended +0.3 degrees Fahrenheit per decade since. However, it does fluctuate. For a particular year, it is hard to tell. In addition, global warming may cause more extreme weathers.
